Safe Seal is an emulsion floor sealer formulated to provide a tenacious grip on all hard surface floors including linoleum, laminate, concrete and cork tile. Use to seal porous surfaces prior to the application of Slick floor polish. This undercoat sealant will extend the life of the floor and polish. Safe Seal is suitable for use in factories, office, home, coach bus and train floors, floors in mobile accommodation, tiles, cork and timber floors. It can be used to seal concrete, stone and other porus surfaces. Protects floors against oil and grease, leaving a hard semigloss transparent finish. Directions: Apply a thin coat using a soft broom or mop. Leave to dry for 2-8 hours. Apply a second coat and allow to dry. Do not use in temperatures below 5C
