SCREEN WASH

Screen Wash is a high quality full concentrate windscreen wash additive that is suitable for summer and winter use. The formula is an Industrial Alcohol base (IPA) to assist in the life expectancy of windscreen rubbers and wiper blades.

Screen Wash will remove insect debris, traffic film and dirt without smearing. In winter this product clears salt spray and can also be used to de-ice windows and locks.

Dilute as required with clean water. In severe winter months a minimum 50/50 mix with water is suggested to prevent freezing

Screen wash is not just a winter product. Water stored under the bonnet is constantly warmed by engine heat  then cooled as the temperature drops and this process allows bacteria to develop in untreated water and can give rise to severe health hazards. You should always use an additive in the washer bottle to keep the water sterile and fresh and Safechem's windscreen wash additive is formulated to do just that. It's worth taking the basic precaution of always making sure your washer bottle contains screen wash, because untreated water in windscreen washer bottles can contain bugs that a real danger to health
